I have been to Hanoi nine times, mostly for work and also on vacation. There are many things in this hotel that elevate it to the best. Good location, very friendly staff and all the best clean room, clean bathroom and exceptionally good air conditioning. I like.

the location was excellent close to many eateries and entertainment .The staff were extremely helpful especially Ms Lily .We were offered an upgrade after a return trip to Halong Bay and was so much more comfortable than the previous Family room which was booked.

Staff very professional and friendly. From arrival to check-in was very smooth. After check-in a staff member took us to the room and explain the facility and also told us which drinks are on the house and which ones cost money. Very happy with my stay.

everything is really nice . Breakfast is great . The staff 're supper helpfull and friendly! thanks for always welcome me. ( my 3rd times here) You always arrang best trip for me! special thank to Ngan and Son who help me so much !
